Il Castelluccio is a charming country house with a nearby restored barn and it is situated on a hill in the middle of a vineyard and olive groves that are part of the farm with the same name. It is located in the romantic Casentino valley at a short distance from Arezzo. The villa, with independent access via an avenue flanked by cypresses, has seven spacious bedrooms (4 double bed bedrooms and 3 twin beds) included in the main building and the restored barn. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are provided with air conditioning, cable tv, wifi, mosquito nets and safe. The kitchen is complete with appliances and dishes. Under the veranda an original stone wood oven. The private garden includes a large panoramic terrace with relax area, a 6 pax Jacuzzi, swimming pool mt 7×14, sunbeds, umbrellas. The wellness area includes a mosaic Turkish bath located under the pool. The swimming pool, on request, can be heated in mid-seasons. Tennis court, shared with the guests of the other villas, is 200 meters away.
