Il Mulino (which means mill) owes its name to its position on the Gravenna stream (a tributary of the Arnoriver) where a cereal grinding plant stood at the beginning of the 20th century. It is half of a semi-detached house, with independent entrance and gate, and can accommodate 7 people. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom, the living room with dining table, fireplace and sofas and the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. On the first floor: triple bedroom (with double and single bed), double bedroom, bathroom. We provide, free of charge, cots with sides and high chairs. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The private garden includes 2 verandas furnished with tables, sofas, bbq, swimming pool (6×12 meters), deck chairs, gazebo with Jacuzzi. Available to customers, in common use with the other villas, the tennis court (about 500 meters).
